We are hiring a responsible and caring Babysitter to provide childcare services for our clients in Al Buraymi. The ideal candidate should have experience working with children and be able to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for them. As a Babysitter, you will be responsible for supervising children, preparing meals, and organizing activities that promote their physical, emotional, and intellectual development. You must also be able to communicate effectively with parents and follow their instructions regarding the care of their children. This is a contract job suitable for men with their own visa. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor the safety of children at all times
- Prepare meals and feed children according to parents' instructions
- Create a nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and intellectual development of children
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities such as games, crafts, and outdoor play
- Assist with homework or educational activities as needed
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress or any concerns
- Follow parents' rules and guidelines for discipline and behavior management
- Administer basic first aid if necessary
- Ensure that all toys, games, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized regularly

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Babysitter or similar role
- Experience working with young children (infants to 8 years old)
- Excellent understanding of child development stages
- Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to follow instructions from parents regarding child care preferences
- Basic knowledge of first aid
- Must have own visa
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
