Office Manager for International Company in Ashdod
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our international company in Ashdod. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall administrative activities of the office, including scheduling appointments, handling phone calls and emails, and organizing paperwork.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring timely replenishment when needed.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
- Assist in budget management by tracking expenses and preparing reports.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, including booking flights and accommodations.
- Oversee the recruitment process for new employees, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Provide support to team members by organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
- Develop and maintain effective filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with budget management is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
