DevOps Developer (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are a rapidly growing software company located in Vilnius, seeking a skilled DevOps Developer to join our team. As an Indian national preferred employer, we are looking for someone who is fluent in English and has experience working in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our DevOps strategy, automating processes, and managing our infrastructure. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment of our products. The ideal candidate will have strong coding skills, knowledge of cloud technologies, and experience with configuration management tools.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement DevOps solutions to support development processes
- Automate software deployment processes
- Manage and maintain infrastructure on cloud platforms
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of products
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and scalability

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a DevOps role
- Strong coding skills in languages such as Python, Bash or Ruby
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible, Chef)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g. Jenkins)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
