Architecture Manager



We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Architecture Manager to join our team in Svalbard. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our architectural projects, from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and designers in the development of project plans, designs, and specifications
- Review and approve architectural designs to ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and client requirements
- Monitor project progress and budget to ensure timely delivery within allocated resources
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members to improve their skills and performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet strict deadlines

We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month plus benefits package. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company. We also provide free visa sponsorship and travel tickets for international candidates.
