We are currently seeking a talented and creative Merchandiser to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for selecting, ordering and displaying products to maximize sales and enhance customer experience. This is a full-time position with an urgent need for immediate hire.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to determine product assortment and quantities
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions on product selection
- Create visually appealing displays that effectively showcase products
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish products as needed
- Ensure all products are priced correctly and displayed with accurate information
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product performance and make necessary adjustments
- Train store staff on product knowledge and display techniques
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual merchandising techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this full-time position.
