Job Title: Sales Representative
As a Sales Representative for our company in Oslo, Norway, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. Your main goal will be to increase company revenue by meeting sales targets and building strong relationships with clients. This is a contract position without accommodation, and a biometric passport is required.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and identify new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
- Present, promote and sell company products to prospective customers
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service
- Negotiate contracts and handle objections effectively to close deals
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors' activities, and market conditions
- Prepare regular sales reports and attend sales meetings as required
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the sales industry
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections effectively
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Biometric passport is required for international travel purposes
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset
- Valid driver's license
Salary:
This is a commission-based position with an expected base salary of 1000$ per month, plus generous commission on all sales made. The more you sell, the more you earn!
