We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Alta, Norway. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays.
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and make necessary adjustments as needed.
- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment and address any issues or concerns.
- Manage project resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
- Facilitate decision-making processes and resolve conflicts that may arise during the project.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Project Management certification preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English (Norwegian language skills preferred).
