Instrument Technician

We are currently hiring an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Nairobi. This position is open to Indian nationals looking for job opportunities abroad. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments used in industrial settings. This role requires technical expertise and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair a variety of instruments such as flow meters, pressure gauges, temperature sensors, etc.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in instruments and systems.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure proper functioning of instruments.
- Calibrate instruments according to manufacturer specifications.
- Keep accurate records of instrument performance, maintenance, and repairs.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement improvements in instrument systems.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies.

Requirements:
- Diploma or certification in Instrumentation or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting.
- Knowledge of various types of instruments and their functions.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights or in confined spaces as needed.
