Land Surveyor
As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements to determine property boundaries, establish land maps, and provide information for engineering or construction projects. You will use various tools such as GPS equipment and surveying software to accurately collect data and create detailed reports. This role requires excellent mathematical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries and create accurate maps
- Use GPS equipment, total stations, and other tools to collect data
- Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports
- Communicate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to gather information and discuss project requirements
- Create legal descriptions of property boundaries
- Ensure accuracy of measurements by taking multiple readings and cross-checking data
- Perform research on properties to determine property history
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in surveying technology
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying
- Knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Ability to use GPS equipment, total stations, laser levels, and other tools
- Strong mathematical skills
- Proficient in using surveying software such as AutoCAD or Trimble Business Center
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
Salary: $1400 per month
Location: Plovdiv, Bulgaria
Visa Sponsorship: Available for qualified candidates
