We are searching for an experienced and skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Atlanta. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet safety standards and client specifications. You will also collaborate with other architects and engineers to develop plans and provide guidance to junior architects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural plans and designs for various projects
- Ensure all designs comply with safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with engineers to determine feasibility of designs
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects
- Review project budgets, schedules, and deadlines
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct site visits during construction phase to ensure designs are being followed accurately
