Senior Architect - Design and Development

The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading the design and development of various architectural projects in the city of Atlanta. This position is suitable for male candidates who are Indian nationals and fluent in English, with or without prior experience. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles and be able to collaborate with a diverse team to create innovative designs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development process for various architectural projects
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Communicate progress and updates to clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is in line with plans and specifications
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and development
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
