We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the inventory and product displays in our store. Your main duties will include creating visually appealing displays, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring that products are properly stocked and displayed.

Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing displays to attract customers
- Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed
- Organize and replenish merchandise on shelves and display areas
- Ensure that products are properly labeled with accurate pricing information
- Collaborate with sales team to determine popular products and adjust displays accordingly
- Conduct regular inventory checks to identify any discrepancies or issues
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of new products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam (preferred) or English
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management purposes

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1800$ per month. We welcome applicants without prior experience who are willing to learn on the job.

Location:
This position is based in Malindi, Kenya.
