Computer Support Specialist (Entry Level)


Computer Support Specialists are responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers with computer hardware, software, and network issues. They troubleshoot problems, install and update software and hardware, and maintain computer systems. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in IT, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure new computer systems
- Maintain and update existing computer systems
- Perform regular system maintenance tasks such as backups and security checks
- Assist with network setup and troubleshooting
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Document all support activities for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Detail-oriented
Experience with ticketing systems is a plus

Location: Gujrat

Salary: $1100 per month
