IT Manager
The IT Manager will oversee all technology operations and be responsible for implementing and maintaining the company's technological infrastructure. They will work closely with other departments to identify and address their technology needs, as well as manage a team of IT professionals. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and be able to adapt to constantly evolving technology.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies in line with the company's goals
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including setting performance goals and providing training and support
- Identify departmental technology needs and work with vendors to find suitable solutions
- Monitor system performance and security, ensuring all systems are up-to-date and functioning properly
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to make informed decisions for the company's IT infrastructure

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Familiarity with industry regulations such as GDPR or HIPAA

Location: US (preference for US citizens or individuals with valid biometric passports)
Salary: $1600/month (negotiable based on experience)
