As a Senior Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. You will use your expertise in design and construction to ensure that projects are completed within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and designers to develop project plans and designs that meet client requirements.
- Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and provide recommendations for design improvements.
- Create and review detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to coordinate project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful completion.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar software.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
