We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Alta, Norway. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all architectural projects within our company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and direct the work of architects and other staff members involved in architectural projects
- Develop project budgets, timelines, and schedules
- Conduct site visits to ensure project progress and quality control
- Review and approve design plans, specifications, and cost estimates
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and objectives
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architecture technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture management
- Proven track record of successful project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
