Sales Associate (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team in Plovdiv. As an Indian national, you will bring cultural understanding and language proficiency to our diverse customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their purchases and provide exceptional customer service. This is a contract position with potential for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend products or services to meet those needs
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed
- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed
- Assist with visual merchandising and window displays
- Build relationships with customers, promoting brand loyalty and repeat business

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills in Hindi or other Indian languages preferred
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Must have a valid biometric passport for international travel purposes
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from college/university (students welcome)

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month plus commission on sales.
