Hotel Sales Manager - Vilnius, Lithuania


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy rates. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy rates
- Identify potential clients and actively pursue new business opportunities
- Maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-up meetings
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and improve overall operations
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the hotel brand
- Manage the sales team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor budget and expenses related to sales activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Knowledge of sales techniques, marketing principles, and customer service standards
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with budget planning and forecasting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary:
$900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
