Hotel Sales Manager for Indian Market in Vilnius, Lithuania

Are you a motivated and driven sales professional with a passion for the hotel industry? Do you have experience in sales and a deep understanding of the Indian market? We are seeking a Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania.

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract and retain Indian guests. You will work closely with the marketing team to identify new opportunities and create targeted campaigns. Your main goal will be to increase revenue by selling rooms, services, and facilities to the Indian market.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and negotiation skills. You must also have a strong understanding of the Indian culture, customs, and preferences. Previous experience in hotel sales is preferred but not required. We are open to hiring candidates without prior experience who are eager to learn and grow in this field.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1200$. Please note that English language skills are not required for this role as you will mainly be dealing with Indian guests. However, fluency in other languages such as Hindi or Tamil would be an advantage.

We do not provide accommodation for this position, so we are looking for candidates who already have their own housing arrangements in Vilnius. Additionally, please note that due to government regulations, only candidates with a valid biometric passport from India can be considered for this role.
