As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, organizing files and documents, and providing support to our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Malayalam and have a good understanding of English. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls and emails, maintaining office supplies, and organizing files
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the office
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and billing
- Provide support to our team members by scheduling appointments, arranging travel plans, and completing other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
