We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Las Vegas, United States. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying our clients' gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement garden layouts and landscapes according to client preferences
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants
- Water, fertilize, prune, and weed gardens as needed
- Mow lawns, trim hedges, and maintain outdoor areas
- Install irrigation systems and ensure proper functioning
- Monitor plant health and identify and treat diseases or pests as needed
- Prepare soil for planting and add necessary amendments
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Keep garden tools and equipment in good condition

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and equipment maintenance
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills

Salary:
Starting salary of $1700 per month.

Working hours:
This is a full-time job with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
