Responsibilities:
- Assist in planting, pruning, weeding, and maintaining flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Care for lawns by mowing, edging, and fertilizing.
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment.
- Keep garden areas clean and tidy.
- Report any plant diseases or pest infestations to the Head Gardener.
- Follow all safety procedures while working on the job site.

Requirements:
- Passion for gardening and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of different plants and their care.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors for extended periods of time.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
- Good communication skills (English proficiency preferred).
- No prior experience required.
