Gardener for Residential Properties in Bayan, Kuwait


We are hiring a skilled Gardener to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the gardens and outdoor spaces of residential properties in the area. Your main duties will include planting, watering, and pruning plants and flowers, as well as mowing lawns and trimming hedges.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong knowledge of different types of plants and their care requirements. You should also have experience working with gardening tools and equipment. Attention to detail and physical stamina are crucial for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Planting new flowers, shrubs, and trees according to design plans
- Watering plants regularly and ensuring proper irrigation systems are in place
- Trimming hedges, mowing lawns, and raking leaves
- Removing weeds and other unwanted plants
- Applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed
- Maintaining garden equipment and reporting any issues to the supervisor
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies when needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of plants, their care requirements, and common pests/diseases
- Familiarity with gardening tools such as lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, etc.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors for extended periods of time
- Ability to follow design plans and execute them accurately
- Excellent attention to detail

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month. We are specifically looking for Indian nationals who have experience in gardening. This job does not require fluency in English but basic communication skills would be preferred.
