Part-time Office Assistant (Egyptian, English-speaking) in Dickirch
We are a fast-paced office in Dickirch seeking a reliable and efficient part-time office assistant. As an Egyptian, English-speaking individual, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team. Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate parties
- Greeting and directing visitors
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Organizing and filing documents
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Managing emails and correspondence
- Other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Egyptian national with excellent English language skills (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid visa allowing for part-time work in Dickirch
Salary: 1400$ per month (pro-rated for part-time hours)
