We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and high-quality coffee and tea beverages for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of equipment and supplies
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and offering menu suggestions
- Follow all food safety procedures and ensure quality control of all beverage ingredients
- Keep up-to-date on current coffee trends and techniques
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different brewing methods, latte art skills are a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse customer base
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month, based on experience.
