A construction company in Herzliya is seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1300$. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and leveling concrete surfaces on various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and set up formwork for concrete pours
• Pour and spread concrete to specified thickness
• Use hand and power tools to smooth and finish surfaces
• Apply sealants or waterproofing agents to protect finished surfaces
• Monitor curing process and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished product for quality and accuracy

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Concrete Worker in the construction industry
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
• Basic understanding of concrete mixing ratios and finishing techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in concrete work or related field is a plus
• Experience working with different types of concrete (i.e. ready-mix, precast)
• Prior experience working on large construction projects
