Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop merchandising plans
- Create visually appealing displays that showcase products effectively
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any restocking needs
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and competitor offerings
- Maintain store appearance by restocking shelves, organizing products, and cleaning displays
- Train store staff on proper product placement and merchandising techniques
- Track sales data and adjust merchandising plans accordingly
- Communicate with vendors regarding product shipments and deliveries

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Marketing or related field is a plus
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Strong understanding of visual design principles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs

Salary:
