Part-Time Librarian in Kaunas, Lithuania

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Librarian to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a part-time Librarian, you will be responsible for managing and organizing our library materials, assisting patrons with research and reference inquiries, and promoting library resources and services to the community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain library materials according to established systems
- Assist patrons with research inquiries and provide reference services
- Promote library resources and services through outreach programs and events
- Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations to expand library usage
- Assist with collection development by selecting new materials for the library
- Provide support for technology-based services such as online databases and e-books

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a library setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using technology for research purposes
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team

Working Hours: This is a part-time position, working 20 hours per week. The schedule will be determined based on the needs of the library, including some evenings and weekends.

Salary: The salary for this position is 1800$, paid on an hourly basis.
