Senior Architect
We are hiring a Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Siauliai. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to design specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and plans for various projects
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project planning
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences
- Prepare detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the work of junior architects and other team members
- Ensure that projects comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a practicing architect
- Proficiency in CAD software, SketchUp, Revit, or other design tools
- Strong technical skills in construction methods and materials
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

We offer competitive salary of 1600$ per month with accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship can also be arranged for non-local candidates. This is a full-time position open to all genders.
