We have an exciting opportunity for an Entry-Level Formworker to join our team in Akron, USA. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling concrete structures based on detailed plans and specifications. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret construction blueprints and diagrams
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Cut, shape, and assemble wood, metal or other materials to form concrete structures
- Prepare construction site by cleaning debris and removing obstacles
- Set up forms for pouring concrete using various tools and equipment
- Pour, spread, tamp, and smooth concrete using tools such as shovels, rakes, trowels, etc.
- Monitor the curing process of concrete structures to ensure they are properly set
- Assist in the removal of forms after concrete has set
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment used for formwork construction

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to read diagrams accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Basic understanding of construction techniques and safety procedures preferred but not required
