Industrial Architect - Jerusalem, Israel



We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Jerusalem, Israel. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and facilities. Your role will involve collaborating with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Design and plan industrial buildings and facilities, including factories, warehouses, and distribution centers
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using CAD software
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure project feasibility and compliance with building codes
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Conduct site visits to assess existing structures or potential building sites
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project expenses
- Oversee construction progress and make necessary adjustments to designs as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail
- Proven project management skills

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. Accommodation will be provided.

Location:
This position is located in Jerusalem, Israel.
