Online Consultant - English Speaking (Indian Nationals Preferred)



We are a dynamic and growing company based in Clairvaux, seeking an Online Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient online support to our clients. We are looking for someone who is fluent in English, has excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and is comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries through various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media
- Provide accurate information and guidance to clients regarding our products and services
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements:
- Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service or online support is preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Quick learner with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability to work full-time with flexible hours, including weekends if needed

Compensation:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month. We offer a positive work environment that encourages growth and development.
