Handyman for Part-Time Maintenance Work in Plovdiv, Egypt


We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our maintenance team in Plovdiv, Egypt. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks on our properties, both residential and commercial. This is a part-time position, perfect for those looking for flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, etc.
- Inspect and troubleshoot issues with equipment and facilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Communicate with tenants or clients to address any concerns or requests
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while working on projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and accurately
- Good communication skills in order to interact with tenants/clients
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
-Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in a team setting
- Must be an Egyptian national or have the legal right to work in Egypt

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a monthly salary of 1500$. The exact amount will depend on your experience level.
