Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer to join our team in Bungoma. As a personal trainer, your main responsibility will be to create personalized fitness plans for clients based on their individual goals and needs. You will also conduct one-on-one training sessions and group fitness classes to help clients achieve their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial fitness assessments and consultations with clients to determine their goals, limitations, and any medical conditions
- Design personalized fitness plans for clients based on their goals, preferences, and current fitness level
- Conduct one-on-one training sessions with clients, providing guidance and support throughout the workout
- Lead group fitness classes such as yoga, Pilates, or HIIT workouts
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to their fitness plans as needed
- Educate clients on proper form, technique, and nutrition to maximize results and prevent injury
- Provide excellent customer service by building strong relationships with clients and addressing any concerns or questions they may have

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a personal trainer or fitness instructor
- Certified Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor certification
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, exercise science, and nutrition principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Passion for health and wellness with a positive attitude towards fitness

Salary:
Starting salary of $1600 per month.

Location:
This is a full-time job located in Bungoma. Applicants from India are preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply.

Other details:
This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Applicants must have their own valid visa for employment in Kenya. Freshers are welcome to apply but experience is preferred.
