Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Sheduva. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of various architectural projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, budget, and timeline.
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval.
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction.
- Oversee the work of junior architects and designers.
- Ensure that all projects comply with building codes and regulations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Review project budgets and make adjustments as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior staff.

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Sheduva (candidates must be willing to relocate or have valid work authorization)

Nationality: Indian (preference but not required)
