Senior Architect (Contract)



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a contract basis. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring that they meet all necessary regulations and standards. This position is based in Sheduva, with a preference for Indian candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for new construction projects, from concept development to construction documentation
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure project goals are met
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD or similar software
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on technical issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in residential or commercial projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software programs
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Sheduva (or willingness to learn)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
