Senior Architect - Sheduva, India


We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Sheduva, India. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design and construction of various projects, from concept to completion. This includes developing design concepts, creating detailed construction documents, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience mentoring junior staff

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various projects, including creating initial concepts and developing detailed construction drawings
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and objectives for each project
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure designs meet all technical requirements
- Oversee the production of construction documents and provide guidance to junior staff members
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure designs are implemented correctly
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time within budget constraints
