Gardener - Horticulture Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Gardener to join our team in Los-Angeles. As a Horticulture Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our gardens and landscapes. Your main duties will include planting, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, and pest control. You should have a strong understanding of plant care and be able to identify different types of plants and their specific needs. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month, including accommodation. No prior experience is required, but you must have a valid visa to work in the US. Preference will be given to Canadian applicants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planting, pruning, watering, weeding, fertilizing, and pest control
- Maintaining garden beds and landscapes
- Identifying different plant species and their specific care needs
- Operating gardening equipment and tools safely
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Communicating effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in gardening or horticulture is an asset but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects and bending/squatting for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Strong knowledge of plant care techniques and gardening equipment operation
- Valid visa to work in the US (Canadian nationality preferred)
