Instrument Technician - Mombasa, Egypt


We are seeking a skilled Instrument Technician to join our team in Mombasa, Egypt. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, calibrating, repairing, and maintaining a variety of electronic instruments and equipment used in industrial settings. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$, and accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate and maintain various electronic instruments and equipment such as controllers, transmitters, sensors, and analyzers.
- Troubleshoot and repair any malfunctions or issues with instruments.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on instruments to ensure proper functioning.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities and report any necessary repairs or replacements.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to identify solutions for complex instrumentation problems.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while working with electrical equipment.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training in instrumentation preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of electronic systems and components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and keep up-to-date with industry advancements.
