Restaurant Manager for Indian Cuisine in Beer-Sheva, Israel


We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train restaurant staff to provide exceptional service and maintain high standards.
- Create schedules and assign duties to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant.
- Oversee inventory management and ordering to maintain proper stock levels.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, food, and beverage expenses.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Respond promptly and resolve any customer complaints or issues.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine establishment.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
