Restaurant Manager - Beer-Sheva, Israel
We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff to ensure they provide excellent service to customers
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor food quality and ensure all dishes are prepared according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and employees
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner and strive to resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items that meet customer demands while considering cost-effectiveness
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the foodservice industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew is an advantage)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
