Part-Time Architecture Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Manager to join our team in Karachi. As a part-time Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, including design, planning, budgeting, and coordination with clients and other team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting site visits and assessing project requirements
- Creating detailed project plans, including timelines and budgets
- Overseeing the design process and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
- Coordinating with clients, contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure project success
- Managing project budgets and expenses
- Conducting quality assurance checks on completed projects to ensure client satisfaction
- Providing guidance and support to junior architects and interns
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Salary: 1800$ per month (based on experience)
Location: Karachi (preference for candidates already located in the city)
Working Hours: Part-time (20 hours per week)
