Part-Time Architecture Manager in Karachi


Our architectural firm in Karachi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team on a part-time basis with accommodation provided. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects, from concept development to construction completion.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality architectural projects within budget and timeline
- Develop and oversee the project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resources allocation
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their requirements
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans and building codes
- Review and approve design documents, drawings, specifications, and other project deliverables
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and changes in building codes to incorporate into project designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
