Merchandiser for Retail Store in Ar Rumaythiyah

We are a retail store located in the bustling city of Ar Rumaythiyah and we are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays, organizing products, and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and set up eye-catching displays that attract customers
- Ensure that all products are properly stocked and organized on the sales floor
- Implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and promote new products
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
- Collaborate with the buying team to plan and purchase products for the store
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences
- Train and supervise sales staff on visual merchandising techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role in the retail industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong eye for design and attention to detail
- Knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and product placement strategies
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English, knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Egyptian nationality preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month, plus bonuses based on performance.

Location:
This position is based in Ar Rumaythiyah, but we welcome applicants from all nationalities.
