Merchandiser for Retail Stores in Ar Rumaythiyah, Malayalee candidates preferred

We are seeking a detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our retail team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our retail stores are visually appealing and stocked with the latest products. You will work closely with the buying and marketing teams to develop and implement merchandising strategies that drive sales and improve customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Create eye-catching displays and arrange products in an attractive manner
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking
- Work with buyers to select new products based on market trends
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote products and promotions through visual merchandising
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards
- Analyze sales data to make informed decisions about product placement and inventory levels
- Train store staff on visual merchandising techniques
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in a retail environment
- Strong eye for design and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalam is a plus)
- Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Knowledge of current market trends in the retail industry
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Own visa required
- Male candidates preferred
