We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager for a reputable construction company in Sofia, Bulgaria. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing construction projects and be able to communicate effectively in English. This position offers a salary of 1100$ and includes accommodation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
- Review and approve project plans, designs, and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
