We are currently hiring for the position of Waiter/Waitress in Multan, Pakistan. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and escort customers to their tables
- Present menus and answer questions about menu items
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Check-in with customers to ensure satisfaction with food and service
- Handle any customer complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve them promptly
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Collaborate with other restaurant staff to provide a seamless dining experience for guests

Requirements:
- No prior experience required - we are willing to train the right candidate!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
