Junior Merchandiser



As a Junior Merchandiser, you will be responsible for assisting the senior merchandising team in the planning, development, and execution of product lines for our company. This role is based in Gujrat and offers a competitive salary of 1200$. You will be working full-time with accommodation and visa sponsorship provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and implementing merchandising strategies to meet sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior
- Assist in developing product assortments that align with company objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and sales to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Communicate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, production timelines, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Prepare reports on sales performance, stock levels, and other key metrics for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in merchandising or related field preferred
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail is an asset but not required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Must have a passion for fashion and staying up-to-date on industry trends
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
