Entry Level Merchandiser

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Entry Level Merchandiser to join our growing team in Gujrat, responsible for managing the product inventory and ensuring that our merchandise is displayed in an attractive and appealing manner. The ideal candidate will have a biometric passport and be able to work with minimal supervision, while also being a team player.

Responsibilities:
- Manage product inventory and ensure timely restocking of products
- Create visually appealing displays of merchandise in accordance with company standards
- Monitor sales trends and make recommendations for product placement and promotions
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure proper communication of product updates and promotions
- Conduct regular store visits to maintain product displays and identify any issues or opportunities for improvement
- Assist in the selection of new products to add to inventory based on market trends and customer demand
- Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, shipments, and any product issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, sales data, and other relevant information

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
- Proven experience in retail or merchandising is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with inventory management systems is a plus
- Must have a biometric passport or be willing to obtain one for potential international travel

Salary: 1100$ monthly (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Gujrat, India (open to candidates from other nationalities who are legally able to work in India)
