Barista (Part-Time) - Os, Norway


We are in search of a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at our busy café in Os, Norway. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages to our customers. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, perfect for someone looking to supplement their income or gain experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages
- Ensure quality and consistency in every drink served
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Restock supplies as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or education in hospitality is a plus
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food service industry preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and patience
- Strong communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is an asset)
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
